The short version: we collect very little, we sell none of it, and you can read this whole page in two minutes.
What we collect
Analytics. We collect aggregate usage data — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. We use this to understand which content helps people and which doesn't. This data is not used to identify you personally.
Email (only if you give it). If you sign up for our email list, we store your email address and use it to send you what you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you — no exit interviews, no "are you sure" loops.
Recommendation tool inputs. If you use our Find My Simulator tool, the answers you provide (room size, budget, preferences) are used to generate your recommendation. They are not tied to your identity.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We don't run third-party advertising networks. We don't build advertising profiles of you, and we don't share your email address with retailers, manufacturers, or anyone else.
Affiliate links and third parties
When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site and the retailer's own privacy policy applies. The retailer may use cookies to attribute your purchase so we can earn a commission; we receive aggregate sales reports from these programs, not your personal details.
Cookies
We keep cookies and similar technologies to the minimum needed to run the site and measure it as described above. We don't use them to track you across other websites.
Your rights
Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email contact@golfsimreport.com and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California, PIPEDA in Canada), you may have specific legal rights to access, correct, or delete your data — we honor these requests regardless of where you're located.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page in plain language.
